What is Rakuten Early Access?

Rakuten members get early access to purchase the Live Nation $30 Ticket to Summer $30 tickets beginning Tuesday, May 20, at 10 a.m. ET and ending Tuesday, May 20, at 11:59 p.m. ET by applying a unique Early Access code. Tickets purchased during the early access period are eligible for cash back.

How do I access Rakuten Early Access?

Your Rakuten Early Access code is only available in your Rakuten account! Log in to your Rakuten account and go to the Account page. Grab your unique Early Access code, then use the link provided in the account page to access the Live Nation $30 Ticket to Summer website.

Can I still get an Early Access code on May 20?

Absolutely. Visit your Account page to get your early access code. New members who register on or before May 20, 2025 will receive an Early Access code in their account upon completion of registration. If you don’t see your code, please go to rakuten.com/help.

What if I don’t see my Early Access code?

If you don’t see an Early Access code on your Account page, please contact Rakuten directly at rakuten.com/help.

How do I use the Early Access code?

Once you’ve copied your code from your Rakuten Account page, click the link in your account to get Early Access to the Live Nation $30 Ticket to Summer website. Select a show to see the ticket types available. Click ‘Unlock’ next to the Filters button, enter your unique code, then look for ‘$30 Ticket to Summer Rakuten Early Access’ ticket type. Add to cart and check out.
